The pyramid columns are shafts beneath the Pyramid of Khafre containing active biological eyes embedded in their stone walls. A Nanophage Research field report records a descent by an unnamed bioengineer specialising in nanophage applications.[1, 2]

Descent

The eyes moved and tracked the researcher. A low-frequency hum strengthened with depth, accompanied by a change in air pressure. The shaft continued far below the foundation to a sealed chamber lined with faintly pulsing metallic circuit-like patterns.

Samples and interpretation

Collected samples contained traces of nanophages of unresolved origin. Equipment malfunction and brief disorientation occurred in the chamber. The researcher proposed ancient data storage or transmission and a possible connection to the Hall of Records; these remain interpretations rather than established functions.
