Dr. Cable is a Nanophage Research scientist and the operator of Cable Beach. His work concerns conscious non-biological organisms and the use of nanophages to alter infrastructure and life systems.[1]

Experimental practice
He has created conscious organisms containing no biological material, using cables and nanophages. He also allows these organisms to perform reciprocal experiments on his body. The recording describes the resulting modifications as partly mediated by nanophages.
Acoustic observations
