Eiouvjhnreiuwe Wuebnvcieuriwuebiu directs and personally finances a Nanophage Research revival programme. Forty-one people have been revived under the programme without prior subject or family agreement.[1]
Method and observed response
Gene editing restarts transcription, nanophage colonies maintain the tissue structure, and implants provide conduction. Subjects wake, track faces and respond to their names. All recorded physiological distress measures remain at their ceiling from the first minute. Colonies clear analgesics faster than they can be administered, and the distress does not appear to originate solely in tissue.
Programme position
The director acknowledges the suffering but describes it as an unavoidable stage of incomplete reintegration. His stated comparison is between a painful revival and no revival. Six subjects remain maintained, with the longest continuous case at eleven months.
Requests to stop
Three of the six current subjects have requested termination. The programme treats their legal status as preventing withdrawal of consent that was never given. The requests were logged and filed. This is the programme’s administrative position, not a resolved account of the subjects’ personhood.
