The canine nanophage outbreak is a recorded incident involving human subjects with progressively altered, canine-like facial anatomy. The surviving footage shows multiple affected individuals in and around a convenience store, with changes to the nose, mouth, teeth, ears and facial covering. The recording identifies the incident as a nanophage outbreak.
